Jānis Lasis 

Chief Executive Officer

  Jānis Lasis was born in 1980. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Sciences from the University of Latvia, as well as a Master's degree from the University of Hagen, Germany.

Before joining OTP Group in 2024, Jānis held various senior management positions in international insurance companies in Latvia and Ukraine, including SEB Life, Amplico Life, Parex Life, LTE Consulting and Compensa, where he was responsible for sales development, partnership networks, corporate business and operational management.

From 2010 to 2013, Jānis served as a Member of the Management Board of SEB Life Ukraine, leading the development of the nationwide agency network.

From 2013 to 2016, he served as General Manager of LTE Consulting in Ukraine. From 2016 to 2024, he headed the Sales Department of Compensa ADB Latvia, increasing business volume from EUR 9 million to EUR 77 million.

Since July 2024, Jānis has served as Chief Executive Officer of Imkon Sug'urta JSC, OTP Group, and is responsible for the Company's strategic development, sustainable business growth, operational excellence and financial performance.
