Shareholders

• The sole shareholder of JSC “Imkon-Sug‘urta” is JSCMB “Ipoteka-bank”, which owns 100% of the authorized capital of JSC “Imkon-Sug‘urta”.

  JSCMB “Ipoteka-bank” is one of the largest banks in Uzbekistan, with an extensive regional network of branches and customer service centers. Since June 2023, the bank’s controlling shareholder has been Hungary’s OTP Bank, and “Imkon-Sug‘urta” is part of the international financial group OTP Group.
