Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan with legal capacity who concluded an insurance contract (insurance policy) with the insurer, foreign citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Uzbekistan, stateless persons who are active in the territory of Uzbekistan the presenting legal entities are considered the subject of insurance.

INSURANCE EVENT

    During the insurance period, when the insured person applies to a medical institution and receives medical services due to the infectious diseases specified in the insurance contract (insurance policy), it is considered an insurance event.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE INSURANCE EVENT

    The following events are not considered an insured event:

If the insured person is infected with infectious diseases specified in the insurance contract (insurance policy) and did not apply to a medical institution and did not receive medical services;

If the insured person's health fails due to infectious diseases not specified in the insurance contract or these diseases;

As a result of consumption of alcohol, narcotics and other strong substances, the insured person becomes ill or gets injured;

Damage to the health of insured persons as a result of illegal actions, including suicide (except for cases committed under the illegal actions and pressure of third parties);

If the policyholder contracts an infectious disease before the insurance premium is credited to the policyholder's account or before the insurance liability begins.

TERM OF INSURANCE

    One year

PAYMENT OF INSURANCE INDEMNITY

    In order to receive insurance compensation (within three months from the date of contracting an infectious disease) due to receiving medical services in a medical institution as a result of contracting an infectious disease, the insured person (interested person) shall apply to the insurer with an application and the following documents;

Certificate of the medical institution confirming the insured event;

Insurance policy, a copy of the death certificate issued by the registry office;

A copy of the certificate of the right of succession, etc.;

A copy of the passport of the interested person.

    The insurance fee shall be paid by the policyholder within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of submission of all documents.
