INSURANCE EVENT

Compensation for damage that may be caused to the lives, health and (or) property of other persons and the environment due to the explosion of dangerous goods or the release of substances in the event of an accident during the transportation of dangerous goods by motor vehicles. the fact of the initiation of civil liability is confirmed by a court decision as an insurance event.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE INSURANCE EVENT

Civil liability of the policyholder arising as a result of the following shall not be recognized as an insured event:
Appendix 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 35 of February 16, 2011 "The rules for the transportation of dangerous goods by road transport in the Republic of Uzbekistan" as a result of fire, explosion, radiation and radioactive damage, etc. if it happens;

military actions, as well as maneuvers or other military activities, actions of armed formations or terrorists;

mass riots, collective cases of civil disobedience and strikes;

occurrence of situations not directly related to the use of vehicles carrying dangerous goods;

intentional illegal actions of the insured or other persons;

in other cases stipulated by law.
TERM OF INSURANCE

It is determined by the policyholder's agreement with the insurer

PAYMENT OF INSURANCE INDEMNITY

Amounts of insurance compensation:

the insurance compensation paid to each person in the event of damage to the life and health of other persons is up to 100 times the minimum wage on the day of the conclusion of the insurance contract and not exceeding 40% of the total insurance money (total insurance payable in cases where the insurance compensation exceeds 40% of the insurance money, the insurance compensation is distributed proportionally to the injured persons);

in case of damage to the property of other persons, not exceeding the restoration value of the damaged property and 30% of the insurance money (in cases where the total insurance compensation to be paid exceeds 30% of the insurance money, the insurance compensation is equal to the amount of the damaged property distributed proportionally);

in case of damage to the environment, the amount of insurance compensation is determined, not exceeding 30 percent of the insurance money.

    Determining the amount of damages in case of damage to the life and health of other persons is carried out in accordance with Annex 7 of the regulations in Annex 4 of the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 141 of June 24, 2008.

    Payment of insurance compensation (insurance money) will be made within 10 working days from the date of signing the act of insurance event.
