Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan with legal capacity who have concluded an insurance contract (insurance policy) with the insurer, foreign citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and stateless persons are considered insurance subjects.

INSURANCE EVENT

During the insurance period, the policyholder's illness with the coronavirus and the provision of medical assistance to him in a paid medical institution is considered an insurance event.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE INSURANCE EVENT

The following events are not considered an insured event:

If the insured person is diagnosed with coronavirus within 10 days after the conclusion of the insurance contract;

If the insured person is infected with the coronavirus disease, it is not confirmed by the conclusion of the medical institution;

Deterioration of health of the insured person due to other diseases not specified in the insurance contract;

If the insured person is infected with the coronavirus disease before the insurance premium is credited to the insurer's account.

TERM OF INSURANCE

One year

PAYMENT OF INSURANCE INDEMNITY

Insurance compensation is paid to the insured person in the following points.

in the amount of 5 times the basic calculation amount in force in the Republic of Uzbekistan when the insured person suffering from coronavirus disease is treated at home;

if the insured person is infected with coronavirus and is treated in a paid medical institution, he will be reimbursed for his expenses in an amount not exceeding the insurance amount.

The total paid insurance compensation should not exceed the sum insured.
