General civil liability insurance of appraisers

An insurance event occurred as a result of the Insured making an unintentional professional mistake in the process of carrying out the professional activities of the Insured appraiser, which does not conflict with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan property interests in connection with the obligation to compensate third parties for damage caused as a result of giving is considered an insurance object.

Insurance coverage applies to property damage coverage.

The insurance tariff rate and the size of the insurance premium are determined based on the following factors:

insurance amount;

liability limit;

insurance period;

the degree of difficulty of the assessment object;

work experience and professional training of the appraiser;

other important factors that are important in determining the level of risk.

Payment of insurance compensation is an insurance event

It will be done within 5 (five) banking days after being recognized as such.
